Remote Client Monitoring

Diamond Technology can install and design a system to proactively notify and inform the Diamond Technology engineering team of network problems before our customers and end-users do. These Systems can be designed to maximize utility and reliability. The monitoring systems can runs intermittent checks on hosts and services specific to each clients needs, returning status information to the application. When problems are encountered, they can send notifications out to Diamond Technology engineers in a variety of different ways (email, instant message, SMS, etc.). Current status information, historical logs, and reports can all be accessed by our engineers and assist in network management.
